Cost and Safety

Usually, non-surgical nose jobs cost between $600 and $1,500 for the entire procedure, but this cost does vary depending on the type of filler used, your provider, and how many injections you will need to have for the procedure. Like any other medical procedure, there are possible complications, but liquid rhinoplasties are considered safe and efficient.

Will My Non-surgical Nose Job Last?

When you get a nonsurgical nose job, the filler settles into the area of injection which helps it to hold the shape. Your results can last from four months to four years because it depends on the filler that is used, your skin, and your desired end result.

Procedure and Targeted Areas

Compared to its surgical counterpart, non-surgical nose jobs are fairly simple to complete. You will need to schedule a consultation with a licensed doctor.  After your consultation where you have talked about your desired results, you will have an appointment where your procedure will happen. The doctor should have you lay down with your face tilted up. At this point, they might apply a topical anesthetic so you won’t have pain from the needle. After this anesthetic is working, your doctor will inject the filler that works the best for you. You might notice a slight pressure or pinching during the procedure, this is completely normal. Overall, this process should take less than 45 minutes! To learn more about how they work check out our page on non-surgical rhinoplasties!

This procedure works the best when you are trying to smooth small nose bumps, make the tip of the nose more prominent, make your nose bigger, or lift the tip of your nose. It can also be used to help blend a more prominent bump on the bridge of your nose with the rest of your nose profile.

Risks and Side Effects

As with any medical procedure, there are some risks and side effects to this procedure. The most common side effect of non-surgical nose jobs is redness and sensitivity in the injection areas for one to two days after the procedure. Other possible side effects could be bruising or swelling in the area of the injections, filler migration — when the filler moves to other surrounding areas — and nausea. This is a slightly more complicated procedure compared to other injectable filler procedures since this is a sensitive area of the face. This is due to the proximity of your eyes and the sensitivity of the nose.

We don’t recommend getting this procedure done by an unlicensed provider as this can cause serious complications like tissue death, vascular complications, or vision loss. However, very few people tend to get complications when they get the procedure done by a licensed professional. If you experience fever, blurred vision, redness or bruising that spreads or gets worse, hives, or other allergic reaction symptoms; contact your doctor right away.
