The days of that little blue pill being the only answer for men struggling with erectile dysfunction are over thanks to BoCox, a new medical breakthrough revolutionizing the treatment of ED. Groundbreaking research has proven that the anti-wrinkle drug Botox can improve penile health and function in just one session, with the results lasting up to six months. Dr. Cohen is one of a handful of surgeons certified by the Cellular Medicine Association to train other doctors in the BoCox procedure, making him an obvious choice for patients interested in the non-surgical ED treatment. The term BoCox was coined by Dr. Charles Runels, M.D. the inventor of the P-Shot and the O-Shot (for Women). [link to https://roberthcohenmd.com/signature-procedures/p-shot/ ]
What is BoCox?
BoCox is a non-surgical treatment for ED that involves injecting Botox into the shaft of the penis to boost sexual performance. Long used by doctors to iron out wrinkles on the face — new medical research published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine has shown it can improve erections by relaxing the smooth muscles of the blood vessels in the penis, allowing them to stay open so that more blood can flow in. The increased blood flow results in bigger, harder and longer lasting erections. 50 units of Botox injected into the penis has been shown in research to increase the patient’s ability to obtain and maintain an erection during intimate situations for 3 months, while 100 units has been proven to offer the same results for 6 months. Another exciting result of the BoCox treatment is an increase in penis size. Some patients have reported an increase in both girth and flaccid penis size of up to one inch, but Dr. Cohen advises patients they can count on at least a half inch increase. BoCox offers fantastic results on it’s own, but works synergistically with the P-Shot, which stimulates the growth of new blood vessels and collagen in the penis. When you combine BoCox with the P-Shot the results last longer and gives more girth and length. A number of patients report that they have experienced improvement and better control with P.E.(Premature Ejaculation).
What To Expect At Your BoCox Appointment
Dr. Cohen will start by taking your medical history, then a strong numbing cream will be applied to your penis. Once your penis is completely numb, Dr. Cohen will deliver 4 shots of Botox to the shaft of your penis, using a high-precision injection technique and a 26 gauge needle, which is about as thin as 4 strands of hair. If you opt to combine the BoCox and P-Shot treatments you will receive an extra shot in the crown of your penis to increase your sensitivity during sex. The injections will take less than 3 minutes to complete and most patients report feeling no discomfort during the process. After your appointment you will need to abstain from sex for 24-hours. Results from the BoCox procedure can be expected within 2 weeks.
BoCox & The P-Shot: In A Patient’s Own Words
Interview of real patient conducted by Health and Wellness journalist Allison Swan (310)963-9960
Q: Why did you get BoCox & The P-Shot together?
A: “I went to see Dr. Cohen with the intention of getting the P-Shot because I wanted to get better, more permanent erections. Even though I am sexually active, and enjoying sex, I just felt that after I passed 30-years-old sex was just not the same. When I learned that combing the P-Shot with BoCox would increase my girth and make my erections stronger in just a couple of weeks, I decided to go for it and I’m very happy that I did.”
Q: How did you feel about getting injections in your penis?
A: “It’s a very, very thin needle and obviously, you’re numb, so you don’t feel it, you don’t feel anything really. I was already prepared to get the P-Shot and since the Botox can be mixed in and injected at the same time, I decided to go for it. It’s one syringe, but four different spots on the shaft where it’s injected, and one in the head, and it didn’t hurt at all, I didn’t feel anything. The needle is very, very small, like one of those needles that people use for diabetes that are very, very tiny, so it’s not something scary at all. Once the numbing cream takes effect there is no feeling at all and then the injections themselves are done in two or three minutes, it was really easy.”
Q: After the procedure what changes did you notice?
A: “It has only been a few weeks since I got the injections but I’ve seen an improvement in my sex life. I have no complaints, I’m very happy. I feel my erections are lasting longer and my penis is harder. And I’ve noticed an increase in the size, in the girth of my penis, I see a change and I’m very happy with it.”
Q: How did your partner react?
A: “It’s something that I got more for myself than for my partner. I feel better and feel that I perform better.”
Q: Have you told any of your friends?
A: “Yes, I’ve talked to my friends and told them about the P-Shot and Bo-Cox it’s not something I hide, it’s not something that embarrasses me. It’s part of our anatomy, it’s nothing to be ashamed of. And a lot of people have been interested.”
Q: Would you do it again?
A: “It has worked, it has served a purpose so yes, I would do it again.”
Q: Were you anxious ahead of time?
A: “Of course, I was thinking, what if it doesn’t work? I didn’t know how my body was going to react, or if I would have bruises or if It would somehow make things worse. But Dr. Cohen was very, very helpful. He explained the whole procedure, the possible side effects, if any, he was great.”
Q: Was there any downtime in between when you got it and when you were ready to have sex again?
A: Just 24 hours, that was it.
Q: What is your overall feeling about your experience getting Bo-Cox and the P-shot together?
A: “I’m very happy that I found Dr. Cohen and in the future I will do it again because I am very happy with the results. I feel that I’m thicker and I like that it’s achieved with Botox instead of having something injected that’s permanently there. I feel good about it and I don’t see any negative side of it at all.”
